Stroke Training and Awareness Resources
First launched in 2008, the Stroke Training and Awareness Resources (STARs) project was commissioned by the Scottish Government to produce an e-learning resource which would enhance the educational opportunities for health and social care staff working with people affected by stroke.
Management of Tone & Spasticity After Stroke: A Role for Everyone.
The STARs Advancing Module titled ‘Management of Tone & Spasticity After Stroke: A Role for Everyone’ was first published in 2017. The module leads were Gillian Alexander (AHP Stroke Consultant, NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde) and Mark Smith (AHP Consultant in Stroke, NHS Lothian).
